Sunnyrock Farm is proud to offer fresh, tender, and delicious pork available for pickup at the processor in Fall 2016. Our pork is sold by the 1/2 hog or whole hog for $4.00 per lb (based on hanging weight) plus processing. An average-sized hog will have a hanging weight of 75-100 lbs per half and result in about 50-70 lbs of meat to put in your freezer. The cost for an average half hog will be $300 to $400 (paid to Sunnyrock Farm). Processing cost will be about $80 to $100 (paid to processor). Secure your 1/2 hog or whole hog order by purchasing this pre-order deposit of $100 per half hog. If you need to cancel your order, deposit is refundable until September 1, 2016 at which time it will become non-refundable unless another buyer can be found to take your reservation. Final cost will be calculated after the hogs are taken in for processing. Deposit will be applied to total and we will send you an invoice for the balance which must be paid within 15 days unless other arrangements are made in advance. We will contact you 1-2 days after the hogs are taken in for processing to provide hanging weight and other information.
