Deposit Terms

Deposits for Freezer Meat are available to secure your order for your quarter, half, whole beef or pork. Final cost will be calculated after the beef or pork is taken in for processing and will be based on the hanging weight provided by the processor. Your deposit will be applied to your total price and we will send you an invoice for the balance. Your balance must be paid within 15 days unless other arrangements are made in advance.

We will contact you 1-2 days after the beef or pork is taken in for processing to provide hanging weight and other information.

Delivery not available… you will need to pick up your meat at the Processor.

Refund Policy

All sales of freezer meat and perishable products are final. However, deposits placed to reserve a freezer meat order are refundable up to about 2 weeks before the processing date (the deposit item on our web store will list a specific date after which the deposit is non-refundable). However, if we are able to find another buyer who can take your reservation, we will refund the deposit. This policy is necessary because the meat is custom processed and cannot be re-sold after it is processed. The beef or pork is delivered to the processor with your name listed as the owner of that quarter, half, whole, etc. Once the beef or pork is delivered to the processor, it is non-returnable, non-transferable, and non-refundable. You will be responsible for the balance due for the meat (due to Sunnyrock Farm) and processing fees (due to processor).

All other non-perishable products may be returned for a full refund within 15 days of purchase provided the item. Unless the item is defective, it must be in resalable condition in order to qualify for a full refund.
